Shipping and Returns


The delivery time for Spain varies from 2 to 7 working days depending on the day of the week that the purchase was made, as deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday. Our articles are sent by certified mail.

The orders are prepared at the moment that the payment has been confirmed and in the following schedule:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00 h. Orders received outside these hours will be prepared the next working day. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

 Free national and international shipping

  1.        The purchased product will be delivered to the address indicated.     
  2.        On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no exit or delivery of orders.

  4.        An order is considered delivered at the moment the consumer signs the delivery receipt document.
  5.  It is the customer’s responsibility to check the status of the goods when receiving them and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery note.
  6.       Cash on delivery orders (only for the Spanish territory) have an additional supplement of 12 Eu.

Claiming undelivered orders

The consumer and / or user, upon receipt of an email that his order is sent, if after a reasonable time does not receive the product, he can contact customer service phones +34 915 512 342 / +34 626 715 860 (WhatsApp), through the contact form or mail: to know the cause of the delay.

Once obtained the claim, contact with the consumer and / or user to explain what happened and reach a resolution on what happened.

Ultimately, if VaricesCero is not able to restore the shipment, it will proceed to send it again as soon as possible or if the consumer and/or user no longer wants the product, the amount paid in full will be returned.


If once the purchase has been made, you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, you must do so as soon as possible in the “contact” section or in writing to the e-mail address and telephone numbers +34 915 512 342 / +34 626 715 860 (WhatsApp) indicating the number of the order you wish to cancel.

Return Policy

The consumer and/or user will have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost except for shipping costs which will be assumed by the consumer and/or user.

The following exceptions are established (among others) in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and are expressly included in the Law in matters of consumers and users, which are:

  1. c) The supply of goods made to the consumer’s and/or user’s specifications or personalized.
  2. d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  3. e) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  4. f) The supply of goods that after their delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed in an inseparable way with other goods.

The return of the amount will be made by the same method of payment with which the user made the purchase.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received, that is to say, in perfect condition and of course it cannot be damaged or with reliable evidence of use that would prevent the sale of the same product again. To send the product, it must be sent in appropriate packaging that protects it during the journey.




To exercise his right of withdrawal, the consumer and/or user has a period of 30 calendar days. To do so, they must complete the contact form or make another unequivocal statement indicating their decision to withdraw from the product.

Whether by one means or another, the communication should contain the following information:

  •        Identification data: full name and address
  •        Order number on the invoice sent along with the purchased good
  •        Description of the acquired good
  •        The willingness to drop the product.
  •        Date of communication
  •        If you send your request electronically, it must be signed or if it is by phone or WhatsApp must also send an email.

From the date on which you inform us of your decision to drop the product, the consumer and/or user has a period of 30 calendar days to return the purchased good to VaricesCero in perfect condition together with a copy of the purchase invoice.

VaricesCero will communicate without delay to the consumer and / or user by mail the acknowledgement of receipt of such withdrawal, with instructions for shipment by the consumer and / or user. Once the product has been received or the consumer and/or user has presented reliable proof of the return of the good, VaricesCero will deliver without undue delay the sums delivered by the consumer and/or user.
